After that, they said there is problem with the fibre connector at the building and said it can be fix my changing the fibre connector. Then, they offer the service to change the fibre connector with a total charge RM150 inclusive the manpower and fibre connector...

Is tis a normal price or i kena con d?

I wanna ask what happens if say you maintain both connections? As at first you decided to terminate Unifi but later decided to keep Unifi too and move it to a different house?
If you apply Easy Switch before signing up TIME.
TIME will waive the penalty.
You can maintain both Unifi and TIME. As TIME and Unifi doesn't use the same infrastructure.
You can move Unifi to a new house but I am not very sure about the relocation fees for Unifi.
For TIME Relocation Fees is RM 120 to move to another house in a different building.

need some advise... i've changed my router to Asus RT-AX56U for my time 500mpbs connection due to the old tplink ac1200 having connectivity problem and constant disconnecting issue... can i claim warranty from time or tplink direct or any bros here can assist? the modem provided by time is on Nov 2018, should be still under warranty?
TIME Routers do carry 2 years warranty.
You can only claim warranty from TIME as the C1200 use TIME Firmware.

C1200 have a lot of issues. You are not alone.
I have this router and using 500Mbps also have disconnection issues.
Other members also experience problems with this router as TIME already change from C1200 to EC230.

noted, just logged the complaint with TIME... they said will get a support to call me to verify.. not sure when they will call and fix it... hopefully get a new router...

AX56U awesome... DL/UL can overhit 500Mbps most of the time... almost every corner of my place also covered now...
but i also used the DIR868L as repeater also at the back of the room... last time having no signal, now average can get 200mbps (5GHz) at the back room

I am currently using TIME 500mbps plan but lately my connection has been poor. Am thinking to upgrade my router as I am using the old TIME router D-link 2F5C which I signed up 3 years ago for free. I am staying in 1500sqft condo whereby some of the room can only connect to 2.4Ghz and not very stable lately. Any advise what router should I get? I am not a hardcore gamer, only playing phone game   Thank you!
