Hi, I have been using Time for a long time but recently I find it extremely unstable. For an example, my phone despite connecting to the 5Ghz, doesn’t receive messages until I open the phone. But this doesn’t happen when I’m using the mobile data.

It doesn’t only happen to phone. When I’m playing games with my friends online via PC, I get frequent disconnect and even kick everyone out from the lobby. Whereas few weeks ago, it never happens. So my line is most likely not stable at all. I tried switching off the router and such, not such luck. What else can I do? Can I call/chat with Time to reset my port or something?
