Nope, private IP ≠ fixed ip
Private, public IP can be different everytime you restart your router/onu
but fixed ip, the ip will remains the same doesnt what you do to your devices

Basically, private IP means you are behind CGNAT
You cant see your devices from outside of the network

Public IP means you are outside of CGNAT
You can see your devices from outside of the network

Contact CS to change it into bridge mode and use your own router
Super locked down
And time wouldnt share the admin access to us
