Hi guys, I'm new to Time, just got it install last week, but these few days the connection has been very bad, as it was not stable, it will automatically disconnect after 2-3 minutes use, so it was like on for 2-3 minutes...then offline for 2-3 minutes, I did try everything I can to restart the modem and router and factory reset the router, but still the same issue happen. I check on the modem, whenever my connection is off, the PON light on my modem will start blinking. This is very annoying, I did call customer service and they help me to restart my connection, but same thing still happen, then customer service told me is fiber issue and will arrange for technician to call me, but after 3 days still no one call me.

The router I using is Archer C1200 and my plan is 500mbps, hope some of the master here can help me with this issue.

Hi. May I know which area are you in?

If the LOS is blinking means no Fiber signal coming through the router. Factory reset still cannot solve?

Try to create an email report.

Thank you for your reply, I was staying at Old Klang Road area, on my modem, the LOS light never blink, only the PON are blinking when disconnect. I already lodge report via Time Broadband apps, and call as well, but no reply after that.

Yes, the C1200 will show red globe time to time, so it's up and down all the time, this happen around 4 days ago, it was fine before that, will it be the issue of I change the DNS to Google DNS? And will it be because I connect 14 smart light buld and cause the internet down?

Hi. 14 Smart Light Bulbs connect to the router?
What's the total devices are connected to the router including smart light bulbs?

Try changing DNS to Google DNS.

I have 15-18 total device connected to the router, will this be the issue? I already change it to google DNS.

The PON steady on all the time?
Normal is only LAN 1 blinking only.

The router overloaded because the stock router's RAM is very less. Try to connect one device on one day and try.
If no problems with only one device then it is overloaded.

If still not satisfy with your stock router. I suggest you to get Tenda AC18.
