Since from day one?

You bought or subscribe/upgrade to 1Gbps?
For TIME DIR-882 firmware is different with firmware with D-Link. TIME DIR-882 uses own modified TIME firmware.

How many devices connected?

Thanks

If I sign up for the service online, how soon can I expect for the installers to come to my home?

Hi Bro,

Thank you for your interest in TIME Fibre Internet services.

We are TIME Authorized Distributor, Pioneer Installer & Fibre Solutions Provider.

For online registration, normally it takes 5-7 working days to get it activated.
It depends on the building ports availability & Installer's slots. We can try to expedite for you.

Thanks.

Try to check other devices whether experiencing same problem ? So far we have installed many units of Dlink DIR882, we haven't experienced such issue yet.

If your PC can support PCi-Express, you can go for Archer T9E., it's approx. RM18x--19x.

Alternatively, if your PC can support USB3.0, go for USB Wireless Adaptor, T9uH, it's approx. RM16x.

Hi, which package are you on ?

Please try it with another cable (Cat5e/Cat6), don't use those bundled patch cord, sometimes the quality is bad.
Make sure your PC has GE por, and make sure ONU<--> is on Cat5e/Cat 6.

Thanks.
