gotten email upgrade to 500mbps (from 300mbps)

speed test still 3xx/3xx Mbps

restarted router and btu, same.

maybe gotta wait a bit.

Many areas in Klang Valley also down. Looks like DNS servers down because my Astro Ultrabox that is connected to LAN cable is working.

Time self service app also down. Customer service line also can't get through.

Major outage?

Many comments and complaints in their Facebook page. Why don't update a post to inform everyone that it is down, at least acknowledge the problem.

Penang, Klang Valley, JB all affected.

Mine a bit weird, phone can connect to time internet, but all my pc and laptop all network down, dunno what happen... hmm.gif

Time's DNS server kaboom,
Change to 3rd party seems to fixed the issue
Setapak here...running adblock DNS and everything is normal

My devices with static IP are working, but those on DHCP (dynamic IP) cannot connect.

I can't touch the IP settings on my work computer, so can't change from DHCP to static IP. In contrast, after changing my kids' phones to static IP (Google and Open DNS) I was able to connect.

Anyone else in same boat?
