Would like to seek your advice.

I'm currently looking for a landed property for own stay (young family, 2 kids) in the Hartamas, Bukit Tunku, Damansara Heights area, preferably in a gated community or at least a guarded street.

Realistically, I have RM2 million cash to play around with, and I've narrowed it to about 3 options.

1) Tijani 2 South - RM4.8 million asking price
2) Kenny Heights Villa - RM3.5 million asking price
3) Buy an old terrace house in Damansara Heights and demolish + renovate - RM2.5 million asking price + RM1 million for renovation

Which option would you choose? Or are there any other areas you would consider?
