Just sharing, I managed to sell my 2 units o X 256GB at Rm3900 each, Xs Max is my 11th iPhone, start selling my iPhone since iPhone 2G,this is one of the worst demand and longest time(1 week). For those who can't wait for local launch or have budget constraint, iPhone X is selling cheap at 11street and shopee where 256GB is <4K but i am fishy about those who ask to goto setting to unlock but the buyers are happy anyway.

Challenging this year, and will be worse next year for Xs Max as not many willing to fork out >4K to buy a used phone. I learn my lesson well I should be patient a bit to buy online emarket or scrapper next year, Sg Apple Store too pricy for resale next year even though i have worry free of warranty claim(one of my X OLED died within 2 hours when it starts flicking), it would cost Rm1565(outside even more pricy at Rm1600) to change.

Having it 1st day of launch is nice, but very high price to pay esp 2x.

A week ago, base on the emarket pricing, yes 3900 is good pricing, it is not easy to sell at this price, I remember I get no response when I first place my price 4.2k, start got buyers at 3950 pricing at Mudah, lowyat forum as always no buyers.

After my X OLED incident, I have to warn the buyer that it is not uncommon that you need warranty claim as could be sucks by Samsung OLED quality, so try avoid Sg telco set if u don't live in Sg, after all plenty of other sellers. HK set is slightly diff story, dual physical sim super tempting with Maxis/Digi/Celcom sucks many places, I still think there is hope Apple may support the warranty in Malaysia when it is officially launch, last year it was even thought it is qualcomm model vs our Intel. Have to continue ask Apple and keep the email if any of them claim HK set can claim locally.

Great news this year on Intel GPS, it is working like how Qualcomm does when navigation, 7+ and X on Intel modem were my 2 years nightmare.

Sign up the public beta and start using 12.1 beta, it should solve your problem. Public beta is fine to use compare to your current situation.

I use reachability a lot in Xs Max when I need to go back on top left and when I need to 'swype' with one hand, i use one hand mode for the keyboard. No doubt it is hard for one hand, still the display, no words can describe.

Somebody claim that: so it should be locked phone. Anyway all these spoil our 2nd hand value. There are some sellers selling RM3999 new without any claim, not surprise with that price since overseas may sell cheap to clear it, iPhone US, HK always cheaper than Mys and SG.

The stainless steel for my 2 X really lousy, always in casing still plenty of scratches, soft wrap may help to protect, but make sure don't buy for front as it is sticky to silicon case if u happen to put 2 phones together in your pocket. Not elegant look from front as well.

Xs Max is my 11th iPhone, every year there is improvement, this year is huge due to the super nice and huge OLED display and superb camera, best part is GPS is fixed by Intel on their 3rd year with Apple, that's very important for me who uses Waze. Bad part always the start up cost and next year selling price, rugi teruk.

One way the other, I sold my 7+ 128GB last year at Rm2900, my friend sold his RM1560 this year which is different of RM1340, so not really bad idea sell it every year while people still willing to pay for 1 year old phone. At least I have peace of mind on warranty, I really dip my Xs Max inside the pool without worries due to IP68(much improved under water) and of course with warranty.

iPhone 2G, skip iPhone 3G. I haven't taken more than 1 week to sell my iPhone, X considered the hardest, take a week to sell 2. My iPhone 7+ takes less than 12 hours to sell 2 at RM2900 each.

Ya, I am aware the risk, I watch the video even at 15m(45ft) the iPhone Xs Max still survive without any damage, IP68 can submerge 2meter of water for 30 minutes and was told during the Keynote it is ok to drop inside the pool for a while. Ya I am ready to take that risk, after all that's what it is for.

Being spill with water since 7+, so far ok. Level 8 for water should be very good design else the product won't be given with this level. One thing bad is the phone stop working on camera/video when inside the pool, may need to get a thin case for that purpose.

Mudah.my, has been failing to sell at lowyat garage sales, not sure why.

Ya the price point for X is hard, I bought 1st day so pricy in Sg and try my luck not putting the lowest, even the Nigerian also don't want to contact me, haha....
