Rather than getting the Xr you are better off getting an X IMO.

The significance of that LCD screen and not OLED to me is the biggest deal breaker ever.

I just recently upgraded from an 8 Plus and I still have an iPhone 7 for work purposes and I can tell you I am never ever going back to an LCD phone, even if you hang me and beat me with a stick.

Plus with the tech getting more affordable, soon mid-range androids will also be sporting OLED screens and your Xr will look outdated and terrible beside them despite outperforming them.

Once you go OLED you never go back.

Just my opinion though.

I see a whole lot of difference and I face both of them on a daily basis.

Plus probably because I play around with the display accommodations and color filters a lot and tune the settings to the colors I like best. Can't get anything close on the LCD to what I like best on the OLED.

Yup, and most people just use them out of the box.

I usually play around with the color accommodations a lot and edit the color filters and their hue and intensity to get the best display that I like. Mind you not everyone will like what I like but I can't get the LCD on the iPhone 7 and previously the 8+ to look remotely close to what I like on the OLED screen.

But if you guys don't mind or don't see any difference by all means.

Just sharing my personal experience.

Great looks like the Xr will be available as well on Malaysia launch. More choices for everyone.
