My bathroom floor is leaking and they have solution to remove the grout and waterproof with their chemical - the floor and 5 feets of wall.
But price is like $4000 for 200sqr feet. With 2 year warranty.

Not sure if its worth it.

Another option am looking into is PU Injection.

All this leaking problem, can this coating really solved the real issue? Because from my understanding, the leaking inside the wall might cause by a damaged piping system

So how can the coating solve the leaking piping issue..or is it just a temporary solution? an alternative solution from hacking the wall and change the piping?

Coating will help if its root cause is a seepage thru the tiles.
But if root cause is water/drain pipe leak, cracked, or leaking at joints...there is no better solution than hacking it to fix..
For water pipe can run an alternative new pipeline (surface mounted, if dowan to havk)..but not very feasible on drain line.
