Q2.Ape maksud OEM
A2.bile kita beli secara pukal dari manufacturer tanpa warranty baru dipanggil OEM-maksudnya takde warranty manufacturer

Q3.Apa maksud recertfied hdd
A3. bile kita hantar hdd kepada seagate utk warraty claim(RMA) seagate akan replace hdd baru dengan label Recertified Hdd
