I often have sinus problem.
Recently I bought the Flo Sinus Care kit. It came with 10 sachets of 'powder' which, when added to water, is used to wash my nostrils.

Now that I have used up all the 10 sachets of powder. Should I go to buy the official Flo product, or is ordinary salt water good enough for this purpose?
