Actually they are worst. If you encounter problems they can't solve, be prepared for at least 4 days of no internet if they need to ask Unifi technician to check and repair.

I got problem dragging on maybe 1 month and they dragging their feet over this, and every time call them must wait looooong time, and sometimes nobody ever answer.

I think I called them almost 30 times already....
