you can pair galaxy watch with iOS devices but you can't use Samsung Pay with it. You'll need any android phone version 5.0 or above..

When I chat with them, they told me the same too.. They said only can use Samsung phone. They also provided outdated steps to me.. the thing is I want to use my watch to make payment not using the phone. They seem quite confused about it. I had to explain many times that I want to use Galaxy Watch not mobile phone.

I use Mi A1 to pair with my Galaxy Watch Active. Then add CC to Samsung Pay.

Yes, I use Gear Pay to make purchase using NFC.

IINM, only Gear S3 support MST payment. other watch only support NFC payment.
