Wild Simon can get from Ben's supermarket. But not cheap... Rather just buy good piece of steak

Also don't get fooled by the norm that wild salmon is more red whereas farmed salmon is dull. Those carotenoids or red pigments can be artificially fed using foods.

Every year during CNY my uncle will make special order of a whole frozen salmon from Rakuzen. I think it's imported.

Baby? Why not buy local fish?
Ikan Kurau

With trouts and salmon being mixed up now. There is almost no way for consumer to know what the hell they are buying.

Try look for Petuna Ocean Trout, I tried it once, is taste heavenly...
But easily double close to triple the price of Fjord Trout (or what we normally call it salmon)
