How much cheaper would u think it will be? Now days, New Developemnt for Landed all is +-800k already. And that is the price of Sub-Urban areas. Not city centre. City centre now +-800k mostly is COndo APts.
Local developer like GL is also starting to use IBS systems, and its actually more to reducing the labour cost and improve quality consistency. I dont think there will be much impact on the overall unit price
