 Going to terminate Maxis Fibre

My maxis Home Fibre 10mbps suddenly just got disconnected,no line no dial tone.
Just because that I did not want to upgrade to 30mbps so they can just terminate my line without notice? mad.gif
I try to contact customer service calls several times not even one time can reach them.
Too disappointed with their lauzy services, Im going to terminate this Maxis account and switch to other ISP.

After many attempts fail to call them, I decided to go to Maxis Center.
Today go to KLCC Maxis Center, they tell me the system is down, cannot make report. Cannot contact technical team. Cannot do anything.
They ask me to come back tomorrow and see..... vmad.gif

Im not sure about 30mbps with RM89...
Im still using the old 10mbps RM118, I remember the 30mbps promotion before they ask me to upgrade is more expensive price.

Went to Maxis Center yesterday, what they can do is help me to launch a report only and ask me to wait wait wait until technical team contact....

I think no need to waste more time with Maxis anymore, is time to terminate Maxis and move to Time. Although Time is expensive at least they got good customer service.
Calling Maxis customer service is just listening to the annoying radio endless loop only.
