Dear Maxis,
I ported back into Maxis some 2 weeks ago and there are several issues still unresolved to date.
1. Upon porting in, I notice randomly some SMS from different telco did not reach my number.
2. Later down the same week, i received complaints from friends that they can't call me.
Calling your Maxis helpdesk and live chat have been absolutely frustrating.
1. No standard SOP. Every agent ask for details and log new tickets. I asked, what happened to the previous ticket? Reply was no ticket was logged.
2. Everyday tell me another 3 working days....its been a week.....
I don't want to hear sorry or apologies....I just need my problem resolved immediately so that people can reach me
its the bare basic fundamentals why we pay telcos....to be able to communicate.....
