I would like to know if it would be possible to get a check up relating mental health at Government Hospitals in Malaysia.

If so, then what and how do i register myself? Like what should i fill in the form when they ask "what I'm having troubles with"?

Also, how much would a check up cost? Just wanting to make sure that I'm getting all the right facts before going to a hospital.

Thank you very much for taking the time to respond, for even reading. I'm a secondary school student, so I'm very sorry if my questions seems idiotic or frustrating in a way.

Depression is a serious and real problem. So there is nothing idiotic about it. You can start off by going to the outpatient section and then they can refer to the more specialized departments if needed.

Go to any GP or KK tell them ur problem and request referral letter to see psychiatrist in nearest GH
U cant go to GH specialist clinic without referral letter.
KK rm 1
GH rm 5
GP depends

Yeah even a GP would have some basic knowledge to perform first round diagnostics.
