Yeah no. After he said, “I have seen nothing from Liverpool apart from this match” then saying Liverpool’s not a title challenger, I knew he’s a bigger idiot than Owen

He is the biggest idiot on Astro, and we've had Shebby Singh in that period. Somebody has to put him back in his cage.

No disrespect to either of them, but gini and hendo are too similar in nature to play at the same time. We won't need 2 mid to recycle possession. I rate Milner as different class now, clearly can pick out a pass.

Exactly. If we still have Stevie G who can score goals, make killer passes, take free kicks, convert penalties and defend, it would still be ok having the three of them together. Like I said, they’re all very similar type of players. All the workhorse type but too 1 dimensional. Either Gini or Hendo. I will definitely pick Gini over Hendo.

We need to find a replacement for Coutinho. We need to have free kick specialist. Our fks were abysmal that game.

He sounds a bit bias imo. Seem like he has something with Liverpool tongue.gif. Nighmares maybe.

IMHO, VVD is the MOTM. Many key interceptions were made by him. Liverpool's defence is still shaky I'd say. As pointed out, we were pressured by Chelsea & couldn't find our usual rhythm. I really hope we continue our fine form or this draw will be a foreshadow of more blips & draws in future.

Salah needs rest. He's not in good form & I'm afraid he's lost his confidence. Hopefully the others can step up & be worthy substitutes of Salah, Firmino, etc.

Klopp needs to find a way to breakthrough Chelsea's type of play yesterday. Or else, everyone else will play this method against us. We were a bit wasteful in our chances. I think as the season goes on, our attack will only get more lethal and the goals will come.

Still, Liverpool deserves some credit. Our undefeated record remains intact in the league, currently joint-top, and have a wonderful keeper. I hope our latest team can be the team that finally break the long jinx of not winning the league.

I will pick Gini over Hendo too now (and I have always rated Hendo), his ability to take on players edges him ahead. If only he could/ allowed to do that closer to the opponents' goal.

In my opinion, Shaqiri is on par with Coutinho's set piece prowess, if not even slightly higher. And Keita is supposed to be the man that fills the creativity void, but he has not 'arrived' at English football yet.

Having one is a double edged sword la. He can the reference point, but of course the team would be very dependent on him. I think our form in the 2nd half of the season had shown what is needed to overcome that loss, namely a midfield runner who can also bring the ball forward and deliver killer pass time to time. We had AOC for that, Keita is supposed to be even an upgrade on him, but sadly he is taking his time to announce his 'arrival'.

We now have a PROPER squad to challenge on both PL and CL fronts.

The only glaring weakness is probably at LB with Moreno sub to Robertson.

In all other areas, there is adequate quality in Back ups including strking department as we have witnessed.

Astro has the worst pundits. I used to switch channel during half time and and switch to Sky Sports/BT stream at full time.

All Abbas Saad, Shebby and Steve McMahon do are blaming the strikers on how shit they are when they can't put the ball on target, or how shit the defenders are when they shouldn't let the pass through. Nothing insightful at all.

Thank god for free streamz.

Best to not totally agree-ing with their opinions, form your own during half time. G Nev is considered good but not everything is totally correct.

For the first time this year, Robin Hood mode is totally gone. Liverpool is confirmed a strong title contender with City.

man city, chelsea and liverpool are strong contender for the league.....

i think squad depth will be the main determining factor as the league is a long battle... it is never about just one game or two.

Funny thing that I started following his progress & stats this season at Lyon. Just to track his performance. 😆

Of course the usual suspects are always there...

Except for one particular team... wonder who will be their new manager 😬
