Hi I have been hunting around for my first property lately.
My budget is 300k to 400k plus. I have checked out quite a few that are around these prices.
But my concern is even those condos have too many facilities, and personally I dont give a shit about them.
I wonder whether facilities are part of the cost of buying if I were to buy those condos.
And since I dont give a damn about facilities, I wonder whether I can get newly built condos with lesser facilities, which of course shall comes with even cheaper prices.
Any recommendations?
