For non affordable housing project, new launch that come with minimal or less facility is hard to find. Maybe non existing actually. Coz developer all following the trend. New launch undercon with no facility can aim at RUMAHWIP 300k or 198k project. Rumah Selangorku also come with zero facility except for security guard.
If not, you have to aim at subsale. All those medium cost apartment or lower grade condo come with minimum facility.
