hi sifus, my subsale home 2nd floor and stairs is currently using parquet (medium sized ones, not the tiny kitkat kind).

When I inquired about SPC flooring, was suggested to remove all parquet and flatten the concrete flooring, instead of SPC on top of the parquet in case got water go in next time and it expands.

May I know how much this work would cost? Just the removal and flattening the concrete floor.

yup yup, is landed house. Wa quite expensive just for removal.
Guess I'll stick to the original parquet then.
