Hi TS. I was wondering if this is the correct place to ask for the estimated cost to renovate a brand new 24x80 intermediate double-storey terrace house. I would like to renovate the following:

I am planning to renovate my new double storey house soon and would prefer a main contractor to manage all or most of the following:

1. Kitchen cabinet (L-shaped with a simple island)
2. Storage cabinet at entrance area
3. Glass awning for front porch (partial) and backyard
4. Some modification to backyard metal door
5. Plaster ceiling
6. Installation of lights and fans
7. Grill (two 4-panel sliding doors, front door, one 3-panel window, two 2-panel windows, 4 bathroom windows)
8. Paint work for some walls only
9. Master bedroom L-shaped wardrobe

If budget and design permit, I might consider building a small loft at my family area upstairs as well.
