Do you know if you never follow someone on Instagram but when you search for their username and watch their Stories, the person will know you stalk without following?

It’s weird especially if you both know each other.
Do you do this?

but remembering and typing out the username manually to stalk takes more effort than follow... more effort = more importance

Damn so many stalkers... and didn't know Instagram Stories will show who exactly watched your stories. Yes, it shows.
