U can find anyone to process ur loan application as long as the loan is from the panel bank, we never force purchasers to apply loan from certain bank staffs.

Quota means end financing line limit, when we obtain end financing facilities from bank, every bank will only granted a limit of about 15% - 20% of entire development, for instance, if total 680 units, each & every particular bank will cap their own exposure risk to 20%, which is maximum 136 units. No bank will finance all the units in one development as it implies too high concentration risk.

Waiting means that particular bank has already received loan application of 136 units, until & unless some of these 136 units application cancelled, rejected, or not accepted, then new application can go in for processing.
