May I know where is the entrance to Minest? I wanted to shoot the drone view of the site project, but 2 times I follow the waze navigation, ended up it navigate to the landed house there. So weird. I saw the crane there but cant enter the site.

Use the road behind minest showroom...will lead you straight to main entrance.

Hi All... I've read all the thread and interest to buy one unit despite knowing the traffic. However i feel hesitate about the developer because i went to location site. Seems like nothing done yet after 2 years.... Is it still a gool deal & worth to buy? Any advices?

their apdl baru gotten around april last year... and after that they had issues with the piling contractor and this cause some delay, subsequently when they restart back and got hit by MCO... when you visited the site? very recently? you can look at PV for reference... they got big sizes at similar pricing... you compare and see you prefer which one from there

Yup. Just snap today. Considering this project. 🤔🤔 they said will build a 500 meter (forget is what measurement jor) width pass way from the guardhouse until the showroom that side. No sure how true is true. Any sifu advise?

Anyone got update on this or sign board for this project? Drove past and still earth works.... Who's the developer and main con?

According to developer, completion of pilling is around April 2021
