Maxis fiber customer service is really horrible.
My experience last 2 days:
1. 2 times they said they will call back as they have high call volume but never call back.
2. Wait in Que(IVR) for 30mins+ and when i someone picks up, they pretend they cant hear and put down the phone.
3. I made first call 2 days ago but they said they will call back to troubleshoot. they didn't call back. i had to call them again and again. when finally finish troubleshoot then they say got ETA 2 days to replace modem.
