here is the story:

Maxis upgraded to 100mbps 3 days ago, but without upgrade the modem, I should be more specific they are upgrading to 100mbps billing only. Now, I need to suffer with extreme high ping speed (90ms), download speed around 80mbps and upload speed only less than 10mbps.

I have been contacted Facebook , Live Chat, Call, all have been tried but no one solve the issue, report to MCMC but MCMC aduan website also not working.

What can I do to complain about this.

bersyukur already upgraded lah...extra 20mbps wont make u flying.

btw how come upload speed 10mbps only?
