I also play gbf before but quit like for almost 2 years. Atm I can say it's not as grindy yet, a little more family friendly grindy. Can't say it's pay to win sorta game just like gbf. Even if you are going to p2w route it would take too much money, and most won't go thst direction.

So far it's only player vs enemy, and coop focus game. Not really like gbf where it is more competitive to do more damage, win guild wars and etc. There is no competitive aspect yet. The 5* rate is 2%, and the rate goes up by 0.25% every 10 pull you don't have a 5*. It isn't bad, I got a few already.

You know the way, just reroll if anything. Plus the gameplay is fun, and the story is way better then gbf. I know a lot who plays gbf already move over to Dragalia. In time more and more players will.
