1. Call maxis n complain, get the complaint number....
2. Straight away go to mcmc website n make complain with the maxis complaint number n ask for refund n stop the auto debit...
Some time u just complaint to maxis is no use, few months later another company will deduct your credit again....
Repeat the step above, everytime if it happen again....
Come 50 times, complaint to mcmc 50 times.....dont be shy.....
Garenti u will never received those stupid sms that charge u again
