Is it just me? Or is Maxis having bad reception lately?
I frequent around Cyberjaya, Puchong, Serdang, and Rawang and it seems my 4G reception is very unstable.

Anyone else having the same issue?

Maxis why not put a notice on your website informing which area has maintenance? Isn't that better?

yeah Maxis network interruptions - "Maxis" just say sorry; your bill still need to pay full.
When you have problem money pay bill/others. - "Maxis" just say non of maxis business and cut/block your line; please pay your bill for continues services.

Same goes with cheras area the line keep on unstable.

Can't even fully load a normal page... 4G maxis is getting bad.

Till today the network still unstable, morning very slow or no connection at all. To a loyal customer for more than 10 years I'm very disappointed 😥

Maxis 4G LTE is a joke!!
So many months, i opened 2 files with customer service to complain this slow ass 4G LTE network in my area, yet their technical team called me said I am out of the coverage area (but i get full bar 4G LTE signal, and even hopeless speed on 3G), and said they will building a new cell tower within 8 months and maybe a year.

I was so shocking, i can't believe this is a 4G LTE speed in the middle of Kuala Lumpur.

Already reported many many many times, your agent already called me many many times. All same results, is like telling me to sit there and wait until they setup a new cell tower.

I thought, I was the only one. Always received pop up says Unstable Network too. JB and Skudai area, Johor. When Dmed on Twitter, all it asked me to select network manually. Nothing improved, network still unstable. Till this date.

went to Port Dickson recently.
damn.. The network is really unstable..
switch between 4G & 3G frequently.

disappointed. lucky have big battery phone. So even with the frequently changes in network. still phone can last long rclxms.gif

Im in KL and the line quality has mostly been shit. Pages take several seconds to load.

Why must our telcos be of subpar standards? Only efficient in collecting payment.

digi same issue here. Network speed only become usable in mall because they install own cell around the building. Thought of porting over to Maxis but now you all complaint Maxis. I guess uMobile or celcom is my choice ?

Maxis Data connection unstable since last sat at Kota Warisan, Sepang area. Worst was yesterday night called to report. Called about 5 times, first 3 waited 10+min and the last 2 waited for 18+min, no one bother to ans.

Since last week sat having this issue, before this was fine. and also it happens when rain. MAXIS tech team can you look into this???

Raining time it's sucks big time but during hot weather is just okay. Not so good just acceptable...
