has anyone faced this problem?
I switched from unifi mobile to umobile prepaid over a week ago.
now, my number cannot received TAC from Maybank, Grab. But some other 5 digit numbers I can receive, such as LinkedIn, Etiqa, Shopee
I have to use another sim card from hotlink and register that as my new maybank TAC, then only can receive the TAC. tried to switched again to umobile, no TAC.
I wish to stay with umobile because I have so many 2FA registered under my number, and umobile's prepaid plan seems to be the cheapest
put the phone in android, changed to 3g, 2g also cannot receive that TAC

i think my umobile prepaid account is problematic or something I do not understand. my GX38 is valid for 21 days, but I received SMS saying my account will be deactivated 6th march. How often do I have to top up ?
These are my last 3 top up history
9 Feb RM10 14 Feb RM10 23 Feb RM10
Current credit balance RM35 "Active for 2 Days"

today i received these two sms few hours apart
RM0. Your alternate contact number registered with U Mobile has been updated. To confirm this update, please reply C1 YES. Thank you.
RM0. Your request to modify Cust Contact Phone is successful. If you did not request for the change, pls call cus svc at 1318
I logged on umobile and checked, my alternate contact is still the same as my current number. what's going on ?
