U Mobile is insisting for me to pay for false iTunes purchases that was made through my U Mobile bill when I have proven them that no purchase was made through my iTunes and it was a scam transaction worth RM160. Luckily my credit limit is set at RM200. If not, it would've been more.
If it was a scam iTunes transaction through a credit card, the credit card would immediately block it. But not U Mobile. What is worse they will not admit their mistake and is insisting me to pay for it. Stupid U Mobile! Looks like you're losing a loyal customer. My whole family is jumping ship.
To all of you U Mobile users, please make sure you call up the service centre and tell them to disable any iTunes purchases through U Mobile bill. If not, you might have issues like mine 😡😡😡
