What's the cheapest way to buy reload rm30 these days? Last year I used Lazada vouchers to get 10% discount on reloads, not sure now still available or not

I have rm100 credit in my umobile. Current status not active/expired. If I sub GX 30 but don't want to top up, can the Internet work? Or am I forced to top up more money Baru can use?

If I extend the validity with rm1 the subscribe to gx38 with unlimited calls, can I still call after I let the sim card expire? I know the unlimited data will work this way but not sure about the unlimited calls.
