My sim kad no line.. Did umobile terminate my prepaid without warning?

got a new sim card at service center (10RM MCB KNS) still nothing. 3 phones i tried

try *118# says not connected to mobile network
Phone say emergency only


should have changed telco earlier.. now cant even change. like held hostage

Maybe, who knows, no warning, no notification. 2 young amois at the service center didnt say anything

I said my phone cannot get signal. they look at me like their training book didnt teach them what to say.
Ask them check my account. They said is ok. Need reload.

Finally I say give me new sim card
