My bill dated 1st Oct, bill period is 1/9 - 30/9.
Why u mobile charged the access fee for period 1/10 - 31/10? Anyone know about this?

Same case.
They charged the SST on Sept and Oct.
So you can see SST charged for 2 months

The question is why Oct bill they charged for 1/10-31/10, it should be on Nov bill

Hi guys, my balance is active for 2 days while my plan is valid for 26 days, do I need to top up to keep active?
