My mother went to a U Mobile shop (not official I guess? No idea) yesterday to get the Giler GX30 plan. But the employee told her no such thing and gave her UMI 30 instead. Is there any way to fix this? Get rid of UMI 30 (what is that even? He seems to have said 3 GB...?!) and apply for GX30. It cost her RM30... 6 of which are for phone calls.

u can change the plan next month by the apps. please remember stop the UMI 30 plan end period then buy GX30

Can also change by *118#. But she needs unlimited internet as there's no home line. I guess I'll let her use what little allowance there is, then cancel, top up, and activate GX30. There's no way to get at least parts of the money back when cancelling premature?

Any idea what UMI30 is supposed to be right now? It doesn't seem to be a current plan from what I can find...
