Berdasarkan siasatan yang dijalankan oleh bahagian teknikal kami, tiada sebarang keabnormalan dikesan dari pemancar isyarat bagi kawasan saudara. Untuk makluman, terdapat faktor-faktor di luar kawalan kami yang boleh menyebabkan prestasi rangkaian yang diterima berubah-ubah. Contohnya; jarak dari pemancar isyarat, topografi, liputan dalam bangunan, model peranti dan aplikasi yang digunakan. . Kami ingin menjelaskan bahawa bahawa liputan didalam bangunan yang diterima dari liputan diluar bangunan adalah bergantung kepada struktur bangunan dan penembusan isyarat dalam bangunan (indoor signal penetration). Oleh itu, liputan dalam bangunan akan lebih lemah dari liputan luar bangunan kerana terdapat terdapat banyak keadaan seperti blockage, struktur bangunan serta tingkat bangunan saudara juga dapat menjejaskan liputan.
Namun begitu, terdapat perancangan untuk membina pemancar isyarat yang baru berdekatan dengan lokasi saudara dan ia diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualiti liputan di kawasan saudara. Pemancar isyarat baru tersebut dijangka akan beroperasi dalam tahun ini.

I already highlighted that the problem only happens at night. Its either they are fking lazy to test or test during the daytime.
(Just tested my Umobile at 1pm , getting 4-5MBps. Acceptable though)
In short, they blame its my structure home's fault. Then please explain why is it DIGI , Yes 4G, Maxis, Tune, in my house has absolutely no problem giving me sufficient high speed. yesterday night I tested wifey DIGI , got 11 MBPS,
inside my bedroom .
Speedtest for Umobile? Dont ask. 0.1Mbps. Cant even load Youtube at times.
They think I am stupid. If

Same thing happened to me. After complaining to umobile, I complained to MCMC. The reply they gave really 🤦♂️. Apparently if you get speeds >1Mbps is considered within acceptable limit for 4G. I was getting 1.x Mbps when I complained. Then they close my case. Now already ported out
