Note that some complaints about UMobile are actually users' fault/ignorance or users doing it wrong, eg never check location coverage or do testing before subscribing, complain that could not do online gaming which is not suitable for 4G, unaware that UMobile's 4G LTE Band 7/2600MHz is easily blocked by walls, their budget phones do not support LTE Band 7, ignorant about the T&C which limits video-streaming to SD/480p/1Mbps and throttles to 0.5Mbps for FUP, the high credit limit is not for users to delay paying their monthly postpaid phone bills beyond the due date, etc.
.
I cited judehow's complaint against TM Unifi Mobile to prove that some of the complaints against UMobile could similarly be the partial fault of users not doing testing before subscribing and/or ignorant of the fact that walls/buildings can block 4G/3G cell signals, eg a high-rise building near the users' house blocking UMobile's cellular data from reaching their smartphones. Users wisely testing a celco's cellular signal with it's prepaid Starter Pack or a friend's existing celco subscription would have prevented such a problem. Users can also do this visually, ie lookout for high-rise buildings nearby their house/office and for the nearest cell towers.
Then stephantsen questioned my point or proof by saying the users should not be blamed and TM Unifi Mobile had fixed judehow's problem. And so .......

Very simple boss..
Just to prove its all users problem..
Wrong device used or stay in wrong location where's there's high building blocking the UMobile signal.
U Mobile is not responsible at all...
100% users fault. Since have case study in Unifi Mobile. Can use same argument here in this topic.
That's all 🙏
Got it. So, stop this kind of war and move on. Discuss rationally and constructively.
