by right should be but there is 3GB quota on hotspot, unless u use Windows Mini PC to hide the information to the telco like what we do last time on Webe

ive try both pc and phones, by right it should deduct from hotspot data. normal hotspot by phones will deduct the data. the purpose to use a router is to get a better signal

webe treat windows mini pc as a smartphone?

u still use a smartphone to receive the signal and use Windows Mini PC as bypass medium to router to hide the hotspot detection
for detail how to do it, just google it

my purpose to use a router is to get a better signal, experienced in boosting signal of a phone just by itself?
