No contract. upgraded before from U28 to P38 then to prepaid GT30.
Contract usually tied to device purchase.

User since 2012 .. finally port out to other telco.

Not a heavy user.
Yoodo .. I need a plan for calls only .. RM7/mth 100 mins call.
For data .. using unifi, have 3 no. with around 50gb to rotate.

Another reason to port out from umobile, the last no. in family.
Out from nowhere there is RM3/week charge in latest bill. Reported to CS, asked us whether received any sms, nothing at all .. if don't get resolved in a week .. will port out to other telco. Thought digi only got this kind of spam but now umobile too after almost 7 yrs with umobile.

Call quality I have no complaint .. all great.
SMS (TAC from banks) no problem too.

Only problem is data .. slow .. if you mainly need it for unlimited call, should not be a problem.

Can is correct.

When your prepaid validity is expired, you can't use all the benefits that come with prepaid basic plan but your add-on such as gx30 can continue to use until it's own expiry date.

Example current unlimited funz expires in 30 days but you buy gx30 mid of 30 days, so when 30 days expiry of unlimited funz comes, you can't use the 10 unlimited apps but can continue the gx30 till next 15 days.

It is true but it is weekly package .. RM12 per week.

Sori .. soalan bodoh .. how to topup RM35 or RM60 or whatever the amount is, I'm using M2U only got options to top-up RM30 & RM5 so to top-up RM35 I need to top-up RM30 & RM5 and validity is still 30 days.
