Guys, I plan to port in from unifi to gx38. On the website, we can do it ourselves, right?

Just buy a simpack without activation, come back and follow the instructions on 'switch to u' and that's it right?

How's the overall signal coverage and stability of umobile recently? heard so many negative comments about it.

Anyway just bought a sim and upon first testing, the signals are fine. Speedtest goes around 16mbps.

Gonna test again at my workplace tomorrow.

If I were to use the new gx38, what's the speed gonna be like when it's on H? Unifi was bad when it's on H because of capping from celcom although they deny it many times from my complain. My dad's celcom can go around 8mbps while I got only 0.6mbps. when I see that it's on H, basically I can give up using my phone.

If it is indeed on 6mbps with a stable connection, I'm fine with it. Mostly surf websites and some light YouTube.

The speed at my workplace is amazing. Exceeded my expectations.

Tested a few times and the speed does seem stable and sustains throughout different periods of time.

I need gx38/30 only though.

I dont get such speed at home. If I get this at home, I'll definitely get gx68. I can get only around 10+- at different times at home.

I can survive with unifi before this, I think I'll do fine with gx38 or even gx30 since I dont do calls that often.

Couldn't find any info regarding FUP. Read the thread and some of you get good usage eh.

Sometimes I can get 10++ with unifi, or even 20. When it's bad, it's under 1mbps

I still have another place yet to be tested. Upon checking on their website, there's no 4g although I do have unifi bb there seriously, that house is on every telco's deadspot

How do you guys block certain bands and lock one?

previously I was able to do it by I needed root. Is there any convenient way to do so now?

Subscribed gx38. The speedtest is still around 15mbps. How does the limit of 6mbps work? Speedtest is as usual but download is capped?

Edit: I forgot that there's 1gb free everyday. My mistake.

haha boss, just get a simcard, it's only rm10 and test.
