Yup. I didn't bother since long time ago. Every time standby then when it appears the system lag or hang, then show fully grab. Anyway porting out soon.

ported out my umobile postpaid in feb, i'm supposed to get refund within 3 months, its almost 3 months already but they still haven't give me my refund. inform umobile, umobile asked me to check with bank. I don't think this is bank issue, anyone encounter this before?

This umobile is boiling my blood! Supposed to refund me since feb. Said within 90 days. Ok la I waited. End of last week still no news. Check with them, said will get back to me within 5 working days. Ok i waited again. Today check with them. Said the refund will be delay due to mco?? What does refund have to do with mco? And ask me to check back again by end of june. Wtf!!

They owe me rm172. It's not a small amount

Has anyone made a complaint to mcmc before regarding delayed refund ?

Need advise, umobile have not return my refund since January. Been following up with them but they keep delaying. I've made a report with mcmc, but no reply. DM umobile on Twitter also no reply. What else can I do?
