Need help. U-mobile has refused to let me cancel my (mom's) subscription even though I have replied YES to it message on whether I want to leave. This has been going on many times over many days. Where can I lodge a complaint beside to U-Mobile? Thanks

Thanks. Short story, they played dirty. Didn't want to let me go. Don't want to recall what happen as I don't want to get angry again
