Need help here guys.
Checking on the apps, my active period is until 17oct (2days left). So, in case i forget, i topup rm10 (for 10days active) today (15oct). When chk status in apps again, it shows my active period is until 25oct NOT 27oct. Meaning the 2days forfeited. Is that how umobile works? Shouldn't my active period extended from last date? |
