I forgot to reload my dormant umobile number which has been inactive since 4August, 86 days ago. Is there anyway to activate the number?

Yes, the GX30 data subscription will still be usable even if your line lapses into inactive state. Of course, you won't be able to make or send outgoing calls and sms.

Provided your credit is sufficient, the GX30 will likely auto-renew too (despite what the website tnc says).

Once subscribed gx30, how to unsubscribe b4 auto-renew?

Want to ask, if my prepaid validity is until today and I purchased UMI 30, will I be able to use data for the 29 days that the number is passive? (from 2nd-30th day, since 1st day still active)
*
I have d same question but on purchase of gx30 instead of umi30.

for prepaid validity extension, number will be become active till the (end of) following day. so for rm1, you can get up to 2 days of active period. rm1 is deducted from main balance, not from credit share balance. going to love umobile again.

How to do this?

In fact, I am on DiGi Prepaid Kaki Social. 4GB + 1,000 mins for RM40. Best balanced value for me so far.

After reading this FAQ about Prepaid Account Validity Extension Service, I still dont quite understand.
https://www.u.com.my/support/selfhelp/faqs/79/4135

I have a Umobile line with nice number which I want to keep. I normally would topup rm5 every 60 days to keep it alive and the credit has increased to rm56 with creditshare of rm76. Can I use the rm1 1-day Account Validity Extension Service instead of spending rm5 using the method above?

Yes you can. Take note if you use Account Validity Extension on 1 July, your account will be active until 2 July.
*
So all I need to do is do it once every 50+ days to keep the line alive, instead of reloading rm5?

I have alot of credit in my Umobile prepaid.
If I convert to Umobile postpaid, will I lose all my prepaid credits? Or can transfer over to the new Umobile postpaid account?

QUOTE(lambox105 @ Jul 10 2019, 01:52 PM)
credit can be carried forward but maximum rm100 based on tnc

There are two credits in prepaid, will the credit-share be carried forward too?

I last top-up rm5 for my prepaid Umobile on 21May but left unattended until today. When I check just now there is a SMS stating that it has expired on 13July, another later SMS on 27July said that I can reactivate this line with rm1 by dialing *118*6*2*4# which I did n it can be used again. My questions are:
Is this a new feature cos I tot expired line will be recycled?
The validity has been extended another 60 days or I need to do a topup?

Hi Sifus,

I understand the deactivate grace period for umobile is 60 days.

Does this 60days grace period reset if i utilise validity extension? I.e. Using balance in account to purchase validity instead of topping up
*
QUOTE(dgboy @ Jun 4 2020, 03:25 PM)
yes, it will reset the grace period

This morning I realised that my unused umobile prepaid has expired 65 days. I quickly ran the app n still can purchase the rm1 validity. How come it was not terminated or is it due to MCO that validity has been auto extended like Digi prepaid?
