Gx50 is a postpaid plan from umobile, where calls and SMS are unlimited.

Gx30 and umi30 are prepaid plan from umobile, where the calls are 14sens per 30sec and the SMS is 12sens per and. Note that umi plan includes 30 minutes free calls to all network.

For digi prepaid plan, their calls and SMS are slightly more exp (30 send per minute and 20 send per sms). Some of their plan e.g. kaki social 38 includes free calls too.

Yup, a lot of them are porting out from umobile due to their poor coverage and speed. My advice is just buy their prepaid sim to test their coverage and speed in your housing area. Maybe your area umobile is good enough for day to day usage.

They don't block it from your phone as wifi hotspot, but they block it if it's inserted into modem/mifi.

4g =/= lte, in fact, lte < 4g

I have all 3 Tunetalk , Hotlink and Umobile (but my Umobile used as broadband at home)
I like Tunetalk because it has good data plans and 10gb free every month. And cheapest international roaming withib Axiata group.

Hotlink only wins in coverage but speed not that fantastic yet expensive for its data. If u call alot then Hotlink Flex is worth it. Especially Flex Plus

volte doesnt bring benefit to telco, so they dont plan to implement it

Hey guys, my GX30 rarely got 3Mbps. always got around 1.5Mbps

speedtest.net is white listed by umobile so you always get the full speed. That's why I'm not using them.

Where I live. even switch to 3G intentionally or unintentionally.. also slow. in fact makes it worse. Just imagine, on good days or good mood, my 4g is only as fast as a 3G.
And what if I say that my area is covered by 3 base stations (I use Net Monster app to check) and still blardy slow.

Because I have Hotlink and Tunetalk while my wifey has Digi and recently I let her try Yes 4g Prepaid (since her phone is new) . All telco I try in my area and it works well except UMobile.

So goodbye UMobile. Tak mau try lagi.

sometimes even 1mbps @night this happens after the end of #cubatry means this is not caused by congested

While on #cubatry it was all 100mbps@morning /37mbps @night

Also, this applies to good signal area for u mobile.
If u on the average/bad area might get even below 3mbps constant speed 

vomit blood seriously. At place was stuck with 4G 1 bar, cannot surf at all. Since it is stuck at 1 bar, it also does not switch to 3G or so automatically. End up need to manually set to 3G just to surf. wtf.
