Hi. My father U Mobile suddenly no service.

I swapped the SIM card to another phone but also no service.
No line barring at all. We paid every month before the due date.

Is it the SIM Card faulty?
Planning to visit U Mobile tomorrow about the SIM Card.

Just changed the SIM Card. When the staff check the existing SIM Card. A bit damage because last time cut SIM Card via mobile shop when my father bought his new phone.
Last for 1 year after cutting.

Hey guys, my grandfather is using U Mobile plan GX50.

In the bill, there is a charge of RM 20 for NA Digital Goods and Services.

May I know what is this?

My grandfather is using iPhone.
He claimed he never order anything from App Service at all.
They called U Mobile said order things related to Apps.

Hey guys, anyone having problems with U Mobile?

Unable to receive TAC SMS when ordering things.
Like bank TAC Code?
I tried to order something from Maybank DC or Maybank2U.
I wait for so long until it never come.

I tried using Big Pay also not success.
I restarted my phone also no changes.

Anyone here experiencing this issue?

Sound weird. Just got this problem.
Never had problems from the past.
Been buying from Shopee, never experience delay or missing TAC.

I restart phone also never receive the missing TAC.
Restarted multiple only success.

Now it's fine. I play around the MSOS.
Able to receive TAC for every Apps.

I only have U Mobile.
Problem solved after multiple phone restart.
Just happened to me today. Never happened before as I have been using Shopee.

I thought is Maybank server problems. Turns out that Big Pay, Go Payz and etc are unable to receive TAC SMS Code.

Just went out for a walk. 5G is available with using existing SIM Card.
My condominium only certain area got 5G Coverage Only.
Notice the 5G Logo earlier. Max around 600Mbps, minimum 500Mbps.

Anyway I am on U38 plan, upsize from U28 plan.
60GB Data worth it since I need to use while outside.
Gonna test at grandma's place since there got fully 5G Coverage.

My condo some area still 4G+
Hopefully the 60GB is permanent thing.
I always utilized more than 3GB per month.

Hopefully no issues later.
Hope U Mobile extend 5G Coverage to the whole condominium soon.
