Before this I’m using GX-50, saw an ads of Postpaid 38 on U-Mobile app.
Called customer service to downgrade and the process takes about 5 minutes
I don’t use a lot of data since I have wifi at home.

Hi, I called U-Mobile and managed to speak with their customer service officer. I want to unsubscribe from their marketing/promotion materials since they keep spamming SMS every single day for 2-3 times a day. But the officer said they unable to proceed with my request since it's a must for U-mobile cust to receive the sms. Is this true? This is the first time as a customer of using any service I've been forced to accept their marketing materials
